It Had To Happen
My name is Jessica and like many I have a story to tell. My marriage, after 6 years, ended and I was lost. I had no purpose. I didn’t know who I was. Until I found powerlifting. When I started lifting, I was 85lbs and could barely lift just the bar. I was in awe of the females around me. I became motivated to live a healthly lifestyle and commit to my training. Through powerlifting, I found HER Strength (my purpose). If it hadn’t been for that rough time in my life I would not appreciate the life I have now. It had to happen!!
